Weddings (and the run-up to them) can be stressful occasions, resulting in physical and emotional tension at a time when you really just want to be able to relax and enjoy the celebration.
With our unique Wedding Day packages you can be sure that your tension and stresses will be removed, enabling you to approach the big day feeling fabulously calm.

1. Bride's or Groom’s Special (£160)
This package provides a beautiful combination of physical therapies to relax and re-energise you and includes a wonderful stress-busting relaxation session to complete the stress management:
Session 1: Two - three weeks before the day: a full body massage working on tight muscles and balancing out stress and tension.
Session 2: One – two weeks before: Gentle Touch™ reflexology – an incredible therapy which both relaxes you from stress whilst re-energising you for the coming week.
Session 3: In the preceding week or the evening before: Indian Head Massage – removing the stress and tension in the head and neck.
Session 4: The evening before or on the day: a complete 60 minute relaxation session to produce a wonderful calm state to prepare you for the day.
